Delivery / CollectionFree collection from BS26. All orders should be collected within a two week window from the order date. £75 For courier delivery for most parts of England & Wales. If you require further a field or you require 2 people for delivery or delivery to a 1st floor, please get in touch for a delivery quote prior to purchasing.

ReturnsWe offer returns on any small items purchased online through our website, if they are not as described or damaged due to our negligence. We do not offer refunds simply due to a change of mind. It is not only a waste of your time and ours, it adds to the environmental footprint unnecessarily. We cannot offer returns on large heavy pieces of furniture for obvious reasons. If a piece of furniture is mis-described, we will consider all options. We offer very detailed descriptions of all of our pieces, pointing out any flaws we notice and supply a wealth of photographs so you can get a greater understanding of the items you are purchasing. We ask our customers to study these photographs closely, as they do form part of the description. If you require any further photographs of any of the stock we have listed for sale, please do not hesitate to ask. We ask all customers to get in touch within 24 hours if there are any issues upon receipt of orders.

How long will delivery actually take?Delivery generally takes up to 2 weeks. This is because it depends on availability of both the courier and yourself to accept delivery.
