Lovely Antique Pair of English Solid Oak Barley Twist Fireside, Dining or Hall Chairs circa 1900-1910.These are a truly stunning set. 
 
They have the most wonderful patina and show the fabulous craftsmanship of a bye gone era.  Made from Solid English Oak, they feature four back splats, shouldered by barley twists top and bottom, finials and simple carved detailing across the centre top.
 
The drop-in seat pads are currently upholstered in a traditional tapestry fabric, however, should you wish to change the fabric, this would be very straight forward to do.

As with all Vintage and Antique furniture, these pieces will show signs of a previous life, which we feel adds to the character and charm of the piece.  Please do not expect perfection.  As with all furniture of a certain age, sometimes woodworm presents itself.  Please rest assured, any signs of woodworm will be treated by us, even if no longer active.
